Macromolecular Xtallography – Raw Data Repository is made in a way to allow automatic reprocessing of the uploaded raw data using XDS package. The results of the reprocessing are then compared with the metadata of the dataset in Automatic analysis tab.
The uploaded raw images should be compressed into ZIP files.
If the data is compressed in zip files, for the purpose of the reprocessing, the zip files are uncompressed. The dataset should not contain more than one instance of each image. In the case of more than one experimental run the automatic reprocessing will not follow.
